Hello ACepect, Yes i know the "galing at talino" logo because he was good in answering questions, very specific but lack in his initiatives. he keep saying that resources is need or not enough man power or funds but i couldn't seem to get a grasp on his initiatives. fact is, there are some issues that i think he couldn't afford to tackle like why danding recommended every one to be voted except him and why he couldn't procecute arroyo since he's going to be the next leader. i don't wanna argue but this is how i think of gibo despite of him being good with answering questions in the forum.
