I have checked most of the discussion but did not find anyone interested in Hindi Movies or Songs. I am a great fan of Bollywood and keep humming even during my work so thought of checking out as to how many mylotters do actually like Hindi Movies or Songs.
My personal favorite is Asha Bhonsle and R.D. Burman's songs. Whom do you'll like ?

Yeah i like bollywood movies and music... n my favourite is Ilayaraja, A.R. Rehman. i dont know much about singers...

I don't know hindi but I know hindi songs .Only today I was saying at home how I got acquainted with hindi songs.WHne i was in school,I had some friends who were doehard hindi filmfans and used to go gaga about Binaca program at night 8oclock.I started listenign to thsi and later saw some hindi movies too.Moreover there was a cousin who ccame to stAY with us from north.Strangely, though I do not know hindi well, I can reproduce songs perfectly in the proper tune ,if it is an old osng say an Aradhana , AmarPrem song.My favourites are Kishore KUmar, Asha and R.D.Burman.I love select songs of SDBurman too.

Mylot is not the place to start discussion on hindi music as most of the people either dont know hindi or not aware of Hindi songs.So, it may be reason you didnt find any discussions. I too like Hindi music...Very old songs to latest one..I am big fan of Old kishore kumar, Mohd. Rafi songs..I feel like heaven whenever i listen to them.In latest hits i do like many songs which is a big list...but sure any song which is good in lyrics and pleasant to hear is definetely my favourite. :)
