Children's Stories

I have been writing children's stories for years. I really enjoy it. There are two stories that I have written in particular that I would like to submit for publication. I really do not know why I felt that this would be the easy part. It really is not. I can't seem to find a publisher that is interested in my stories. I have read my stories to groups of people and they all seem to love my stories. Does anyone have any advice as to how to go about finding a publisher that is the perfect fit for my stories?
