Many things makes me happy. Happiness seems less a matter of getting what you want than of how you feel about what you have. You can't change the set point much but you can do some things that allow you to bounce above that happiness level. For a lot of reasons I was not very happy at one moment in my life but what was really tragic is that I did not know what might make me happy. Needless to say over the years I've learned many ways to cheer myself. For some of it might be just the smell of an apple pie in the oven — or the taste of it in your mouth! Others might look to an accomplishment to make them happy. :-)
Putting yourself first can help you to identify ways that make you feel happy. The next step is to be open to really appreciating the opportunities to feel good during the day. Laughter is a great way to release tension. Finding the humor in a situation can in fact add more happiness to our own lives and that of those around us. If you focus on the present and really appreciate what is going on around you, you may in fact find some things that will make you happy that you might have missed in the past. Appreciating the small pleasures in life can go a long way in increasing your happiness quotient.

i really appreciate what you post in my topic because indeed we have no specific event or situation or even things that can make us happy. The only way to make us happy in a simple way, by knowing what we have or accomplish that others mavbe don't have.You are also correct that laughter is one way of releasing tension and stress.
Sometimes we have no contentment or satisfaction for the achievement, accomplishment, recognition, importance, material things and love that we received. I know when we are appreciated those things i am sure that you will be happy.

I would say even my close friends or my sweet heart or my dad is happy i will be more happy, for me people around should be happy for me to be happy

This makes me happy also, but I try to earn my money by giving the best advise that I can. If I do not have a good comment, or do not have any good advise to give than I will not answer. On the other hand life itself makes me happy. I am able to continue each day that I awake to do the best for each person I come in contact with, in my father's world.

Greetings to you. The thing that makes me really happy is that I'm saved and I have a relationship with God. I'm also very happy because I know I have a purpose in live and my family and friends are also a motive of my joy.
I'm not happy for the reason you are because I haven't reached out yet the payout here at mylot.com but when I do I know I'll be very happy not as in lifetime happiness but with a big smile on my face, hope the time comes soon!

To see my son growing up so fast makes me happy, to hear my husband voice on phone makes me happy, to know that my family is all right makes me happy, to know that God loves me make me ore happier, and of course like u I am also happy cos I'm earning here in mylot,and i'm enjoying to be part of this site..let's enjoy mylotting
