Hi all, I want you to describe your perfect pizza to me. Tell me about the dough, the toppings and what you are going to eat it with. Heres mine;
A thin crust, it's cooked well but the cheese is oozing and soft. I have mushrooms and lots and lots of tomato sauce on the base with a few herbs sprinkled here and there. Ooh, I also have a little spicy salami, not too much, but just enough to give it a little kick. It's so bad for me that I'm having it with a side salad, so I can tell myself it's not so bad after all. I'm not going to use any cutlery either. it's straight out of a hot oven and into my hands.
Yum!
Now, what's your perfect pizza?

LOL! Sounds good. You like a lot of spice on your pizza, but I'd sure like to try it.

My perfect pizza would be stuffed crust. For toppings I would go with either sausage or philly-cheese steak with mushroom and onions. It is unbelievable. I would also include some breadsticks with the chow-down. :)

Do you know I've never had a stuffed crust before. Can you believe it? I eat pizza once a week and I never ever get a stuffed crust.

I can't eat pizza very often because i'm sensitive to it. But when I do. It has little to no sause, lots of chease, is a personaaal pan size, and is real good with peperoni and ham on it. Its so selective I have to either do it myself, or my husband has to do it. We both work or I worked at, and he still works at pizza hut.

Sounds awosme, my perfect pizza is thin to medium crusted, with only one type of cheese on it, not a medely of types. Toppings can range from mushrooms and pineapple (don't knock it until you try it) to pizza designed by other foods, like the philly cheesesteak. I have recently become a fan of garlic as well, so I appreciate the crust to be made with that in mind. The more spices, the better in most cases and I prefer my pizza to be warm, but not hot to the point where the cheese is displaced when you pull a fresh slice away from the pie. Also, if the tomato sauce is less salty than usual, thats really great. By the time it comes to eating pizza, I have given up hoping for a healthy meal, so I just enjoy it to its fullest extent. And I agree, no cutlery either - hands only.

I like your style! I've had pineapple on pizza before and it was good.
