I consider myself a happy person, I get stress out sometimes, but I love my life the way it is, I see people all the time complaining for all the things that happen to them in their life, and I can't help to feel lucky because I don't have those problems, I have food in my table every day, so I feel very lucky about that. What about you? Do you like your life? Did you wish something will be different?

Happiness could be very conditional. But undeniably I have to love my life as I should be. If I won't, no one will love it for me. If I won't, no one will lead me to success except for my own credit. It is a very advantageous way to conquer your fears and anxieties to be consistent in being happy. I could say too that I am lucky enough for being very optimistic enough despite the arising challenges coming in my way. After all these years, I have come to realize too that even though sometimes we may lose the spark of happiness for a moment or two in a day, we cannot just put ourselves to forever feeling of being damned. We just have to stay happy no matter what. Whenever the situation is unlikely, we have to keep ourselves on track.

Yes happiness is conditional. It depends on circumstances and it is but natural to find ourselves not really happy on some depressing and sad moments of our life. But a person has to learn to live a positive life. It is better to have happy disposition. If we cry today then that does not mean we should cry all day. After the rain then there should be sunshine. So after the tears there should be smiles and even laughter! Provers 17:22 says "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Of course I don't like my bones to dry up for that would mean even my skin would dry up sooner or later. Ha!ha!ha! This Bible verse supports this quotation of Christopher Morley: "Cherish all your happy moments: they make a fine cushion for old age." Very true indeed, so I'd rather be happy and stay young and healthy rather than dwelling on sadness that would make me wrinkled and old too soon. So let us all be happy folks.
Now let me give you some smiles with this quite humorous but wise quotations:

"Happiness is nothing more than good health and a bad memory."
"The discovery of a new dish does more for human happiness than the discovery of a new star."
"If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years."
"The foolish man seeks happiness in the distance, the wise grows it under his feet."
SMILE EVERYONE!

..hi.. before, I'm really depressed of what's going on in my life.. but thanks God, I was able to overcome that feeling through the help of some books I've read including the Bible and experiences from friends.. At present, I'm glad to say that I was able to adjust and accept my life the way it is.. for now, I try to enjoy everyday of my life with my family and friends.. I guess, acceptance is the secret of living a good and simple life.. Acceptance that life is really full of adversities and difficulties.. It depends on how a person handles his or her problems.. although I wish that my life should have been different.. I have some regrets because I realize now that I have made huge mistakes before.. But I don't dwell much on that regret.. Instead, I try to make the most of it and face the reality that I can no longer go back to yesterday so I might as well live life to the fullest today since today will just be a history tomorrow.. I don't like to face regrets again.. I try to focus on the bright side of life and smile despite of whatever situation I'm in.. I always try to look on the positive side that could be brought by the different difficulties.. I feel very blessed that even if life was really hard, I can still smile and face the future..

I have to say I'm not happy.I have clinical depression,it's a condition that causes me to feel alot of depression in my life.I don't really wish anything to be different.I believe in God and I know about His son Jesus making a second coming to put an end to all suffering.I look forward to God helping me.He is the highest and no human can do even close to what God can do.
