Have you ever got a stain on your clothes out in public?

It happened to me today and I felt so uncomfortable and I felt that everyone was seeing my stain. I was eating a hot dog and it had some chile on it, but I didn't noticed that it fell on the bench and that I sat on it and tried to wipe it off and it left a stain on my bottom. I felt so embarrassed for the rest of the day. From now on I am going to be more careful because I don't want that to happen again to me. Have you ever got a stain out in public and how did you deal with it????

Sounds like the babies were targeting you LOL. Babies sure can get messy and get other people messy too.

Mine was worst. On a rainy day, I had to necessarily go to the department store to bring some things for my project. I embarked on a public transport. When I reached the department store, I was showered with dots of mud stains when a big truck passed before me. Worse, I was wearing white shirt and shorts. With the rush and the need of passing the requirements hours later that incident, I had to bear myself with confidence and walk through the hallway of many people in the store. This is one unforgettable moment I have I always laugh about when I remember. What's bad was I had to humiliate myself with that incident. What's good was I had boosted my confidence and proved to myself that I can do something unlikely when the situation calls for it. At least, I tried this funny experience for once in my life. I had to laugh by myself while paying for the materials I bought at the counter.

You had great confidence to do that I would have probably ran back home because I would just not be able to. Wait to go though it's good that the experience made you a greater person.

I think I haven't had any large stains on my clothes while being somewhere in public. Although I have gone to school with a trace of the toothpaste on my shirt for a couple of times. It's okay if it's white shirt, cause it's hard to notice that stain there, but if it's a dark shirt, it will catch attention. Luckily I wear a hoodie over my shirt, so people don't notice the stains unless I unzip the hoodie.

I am not exactly the neatest eater or carefullest person out there. Therefor, I get stains at least once every few weeks. I generally do not get them out, but I "treat" them, because it seems to lessen the effect, and be easier to get out later. It's embarrassing to go with the old fashion method of just putting water on it and scrubbing, plus that doesn't work well and it makes your chest west or legs. I'm wonder if anyone here carries a Tide To-Go Stick, because I wish I had a friend that had the guts to carry one.

I am clumsy with an affinity for colored drinks and spicy (usually red) foods, I also like to wear pastel colors so I am always stained with something....

I am so messy and clumsy when it comes to eating even when I try my hardest to make everything stay on my fork/plate. So I regulary drop things all down myself but I'm so used to it that I know how to hide most things. The worst one was a few summers ago and I had on this expensive white strappy summer dress and I was going to a party me and my friends stopped off to get pizza before it. There was jalepenos on the the pizza and two jalepenos went rolling off down my white dress leaving greasy green marks. It looked awful. I ended up having to borrow my friends jumper which wasn't very nice and wear that with leggings instead to the party. I was so sad that my party outfit was ruined and ended up being hot and uncomfortable for the rest of the night. Now I always try and place a napkin in my lap regardless of where I am.

for the girls then every thing already accept that fact as we are women and we menstruate. the guys will just ignore it rather than to tell you coz the tendency is if they will tell you, you will only feel not comfortable specially while walking. and we only find out when we got home and of course its very embarrassing but its just normal specially if its your first day as we are not really aware that it will be coming. i had that experience while in office and thanks god coz my skirt is easy to dry and so i just lock the toilet and wash the stain out then dry it using he hand drier and when i get out its like nothing happen. of course i always see to it to bring extra undies and sanitary napkin with me if i know the my menstruation is already near.
