“Drug addicts were social pariahs”, maybe that's what you say when see a drug addict. Did you ever think that drug users are victims of drug-dark cycle or drugs that had been still going on? If true addicts are victims of crime, may have been fitting for us to help them to fight for the rights of users of narcotics, psychotropic and addictive substances (drug) to obtain health insurance better than the government.
