How to cut the fat from fake Calorie counts? Do you have any idea? Counting calories when you are eating out can be confusing. You need to guess at your portion size and consider which menu options may be healthy before you even see the food. Do you have any idea?

I've never like diets that count calories which is why I've always low carbed and live a fairly low carb lifestyle. Carbs are found in sugar, pasta, many vegetables and fruits. Your body burns carbs for energy before it resorts to burning fat so, if you limit your carb intake, your body starts burning fat sooner. The best part is that you have to carb up after a certain number of days so you can essentially cheat on your diet without feeling like you're cheating.
