Do you became a YES MAN to a close friend at times?

Sometimes, we are forced to say yes to people so we wont disappoint them. I find it hard to reject a close friends request so I end up saying yes most of the time. After that, I am disappointed with my self because I don't have the will to say no even it will be difficult for me to do his request due to conflict of interest, schedules and activities everyday. For you, how do you deal on this kind of situation? I think its a good example of peer pressure. But somehow, we always give in to a close friend request. Maybe because this is also a ingredient of friendship. Giving little sacrifices for special people around us. :)

i guess for me i will rather say no if i know i can make it than to say yes and yet i cant fulfill it and they will just going to expect it since i say yes just for them to stop. so i will rather say no but i will try so that even if i cant make it then im sure they will not expect it and if i show then of course i know it will make them happy.

I won't say yes to people if I think I can't finish the job. So it is easy for me to say no, as I don't want to disappoint people as I don't want to fail the job they ask me to do. I think a true friend should know the insides of me and they know what I mean if I say no to them.

There are times that I become like that.I worry that they will leave me once I said no so whenever I can help I said yes.The sad part is when I am the one needing their help they are either busy with their other friends or they just don't have the time to help me out.
Because of that, I only help out my true friends.I don't care anymore if they think I am becoming rude or something because I also have to be kind to myself by not wasting time on users.
