Um ....sometimes i ask myself that i wanna work to live or live to work...but i often can't make an obvious choice. We need money to keep life going on successfully.then we should get a job and work hard.On the other side,we may say if we just live without working, our life will be so dull and unmeaningful....what's your view on it?

We discussed this in our class. And our teacher told us that we live to work. I forgot why. But I am sure she said it's to live to work. We had this topic for our Values Education.

For me, it's gonna be work to live because it's nearly impossible to live to work. I mean we can't go to work forever. Like when we are sick or need to fix some personal things, we have to stop working for a while to recover or to finish first some much more important things.

I think that it is possible for a person to work, save money and do achieve one of his or her dreams. Working for 9 until 5 every day can be really dull. If a person saves to buy a home he or she can get to have a base to their life. I love to travel and I did a long haul trip to New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands after I ended a teaching contract. Some people work and work until they reach 65 years old. Whether they get to enjoy life depends on a home and work balance plus some lovely vacations.

for me, the work, we do to live, not vice versa. work to live shows that the life to be enjoyed, not to be burden

Sometimes it feels like I live solely to work, which is a terrible feeling to have
However, I do agree with you that without work, we would get bored of life far easier. Work gives us a chance to appreciate any spare time we manage to salvageo

I am working to live. Not live to work... Because If I have the choice, I will live without working but that's just so impossible. Hahahha

Assuming it's interesting and meaningful work, you are right.
