The problem of unemployment means the problem of giving work to those who are willing to work.a large number of educated and uneducated people wander here and there without any job.because india is a thickly populated country.the population is increasing rapidly.
our country can not advance economically, politically or socially unless this problem is soved.

We were discussing this problem at work a couple of days ago because the manager wants to hire summer workers, but wants them to be good workers, not just people who want to turn up, get paid and go home. I personally have a potential solution. If employers got together with benefit offices and forced people on benefits to work at jobs for their benefits, the people on benefits would gain experience, learn routine, learn about work. Employers would get employees for a fraction of the price of a regular employee. And in the event a position came up, the benefits employees could get first refusal IF they were good enough.
This will never happen. It's based in common sense. And governments never use common sense on problems like unemployment. Throwing money at the problem is their way.
