many people use "be happy"when comforting our friends. But it is always easy to say so and difficult to really have it.Happiness seems so simple ,but i always doubt wheather we really have it...there are many cases that people smile to you and say they are happy, actually they are not. What's your idea about it?

That is so true...easy to say but much harder to do. Happiness is often a fleeting feeling, and some people do stay happy because they are contented as well.
It is much like being advised to be yourself when you don't know what to do in a situation anymore. But still, people are trying to help when they say that.

jiangqi most p eople are about as happy as they try to be, meaning others cannot make us happy, we have to make our own happiness. so I am happy in the midst of things that are not that wonderful in my life. so how can I be happy but I am grateful for what I do have and I focus on what I have going for me,not on my problems and my wants and needs. I am
as content now as I can be for the things I do have. and always the love feelings of hope. a world ahead, a new page a new month, hope is there always.
