How to turn emails off?

I have my notifiers on for my friends, and sometimes I wish I didn't. I have had more notifiers in my email than anything else. It is annoying because it is the same users posting one discussion after another, and when I see that, I just delete them and not even read them. I am gettired tired of seeing them all, that is for sure. When I do come across them on the board, I just can't believe some fo the topics being discussed. They have either gross topics, ot perverted ones. I won't respond to ones like that. I think they are just waswting their time posting all the discussions, especially when that is all they do, and nothing else. I just hope that mylot starts deleting the discussions, as to me it is just overkill and they are only here for one thing anyway, and that is make money and nothing more. It is sad, but hey, it is their loss, that is for sure. good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Was about to ask this days ago as I added a rather active friend that makes a few discussions every couple of days. Always surprises me when he does when I look at my mail's inbox. I really want this feature too.
