what are the problems faced by the IT and SOFTWARE companies??????

In my opinion a lot of IT companies just wanna earn a lot of money for short time. They make deadlines which they can't keep and they make most of their employees work almost 24 hours to get their product before the other company, so most employees are not bad paid but they pay with their sleepless nights and mental health. Computer piracy is among companies - they often steal their ideas and use their market position to push smaller companies to the abyss. There is no need to be creative but to cheat and steal better - that is going to bring you a leading position. In comparison with companies incomes the salaries of the programmers there seem miserable - the well know position "you work more we get more, but we'll give you as less as we can, cause we need money for marketing to keep the top position...".

hi! I think the biggest problems of all IT and software companies are the pirate's copies of all games, programs softwares, OS etc. This is their biggest problem, which they try to solve from a long time, but still have no success with it!
