A person who is diabetic is in need to control his/ her blood sugar. A typoe 2 diabetic the sugar level should be normal. If the sugar is below the normal level , he/she will experience dizziness then will collapse and then need to take sugar. But if the person has more than sugar will experience wound etc. Much better to have a BALANCE DIET.

What exactl;y are you trying to say? Rice should indeed not be eaten, in fact, the Atkins diet is quite suitable for diabetics. The problem with that diet is however that once you stop you gain all the pounds you lost in no time. But if you are diabetic, you may not want to stop with that diet, it simply means, meat and vegetables, and anything fatty is okay... as long as you do not eat anything with carbs in it.

Yes, Specially you are not working a lot . The white rice which th well milled shouould the be eaten with meat because it easily produxce sugar. If you notice the white rice is more sweet than the red rice and even the not well milled rice which is the light brown. Fatty food is not good to a diabetic person. this will cause to a diavbetic person high is colesterol.

Actually diabetics should eat about 5 times per day to help stabalize their blood sugar, but they should avoid a lot of carbohydrates. They should eat small snacks in between meals consisting of things such as nuts or olives or an all vegetable soup or a light cheese such as Babybel cheese, but only about an ounce, or a mix of protein and fruit, like fruit and cheese or fruit and peanut butter. Large amount of carbohydrates (such as breads, rice, and pastas) at one sitting should be avoided. I never eat more than a 1/4 of cup at any meal.

Diabetics obviously shouldn't have a diet high in sugar for obvious reasons, but most people just refer diabetes to sugar, it's much more than that - being overweight can inhibit the production of insulin in your body, which is why sugar is left in the blood stream, thus leading to high blood sugar levels and diabetes. To avoid getting diabetes one should eat a healthy diet consisting of vegetable and fruit, lean meats, legumes and nuts etc and also partake in regular physical activity daily.
