What instrumental songs makes you relax? / myLot

Sometimes I really need calm and take a rest, maybe five minutes or ten, but I don't like the silence so would you help me with a suggestion? =)

I love piano songs music, very relaxing, my favorites are "I knew i love" from Savage Garden and also their other song: "Truly, Madly and deeply". And another piano music, from Ai Otsuka, a japanese singer: "Planetarium", it is a very sad music u_u.

Soft instrumental music in the background has been my best way of relaxing. Even at work, it helps too. I believe our mind or thought patterns respond to music waves and frequencies. Therefore, calm and soft music would help soothe the troubled mind and cause it to relax.

I put on a CD of David Nevue. He plays piano in such a dreamy, peaceful way that it only takes a minute to find calm and rest. You can listen to samples of his music at Amazon.

When I want to take a break and relax, I usually put in a Kenny G cd. His music is so smooth and soothing. It's a great way to just unwind and relax for a few minutes. Hope that helps you.

Ohh I love to listen to music and instrumental music to relax is just the best of the best, I love piano music I can enjoy it really much, piano music is just the sweetest, there is also the acoustic guitar , so I can say that I enjoy a lot instrumental tracks with piano or acoustic guitar :)
