i am not really sure, i just have me an account over at paypal but it seems that it has to be verified so i do not really know if it is working good here in the Philippines. do you have an account at paypal, if so can you tell me how to verify or which banks is preferred by paypal to verify an account. greetings. : )

I just registered at Paypal using my Unionbank Visa and still waiting for the 4-digit pin to appear in my cc bill to verify my paypal account. I think any credit card will do. I have been a paypal debit card user since 2004, it is convenient to send money from the States than using expensive money transfers. Hope that helps :)
