Are we as smart as god himself?

In the christian Bible Adam and Eve were to eat in the garden forever. Until a serpent came and sinned and told them to eat upon the tree of life and death. It gave them the knowledge of good and evil.
Since then do we have the job of protecting the Earth? Many people must save endangered species and help other countries like Haiti, Chile, etc.
Is satan building his army because we have the power to destroy god? Or do we have the power to cause chaos, peace and even destroy Satan?
The lord is so kind he keeps us alive but the protection is said to break in 2012 and Satan will break free from this chain. He will destroy or capture us beings and eat us for power. He will eat all the people who cause sins, but some may escape and fight for the lord.
What do you think? Is this true or are we no match for the lord?

No one is smarter than God. God is omniscient and we aren't. Do we know how to create a world? Can we create another Adam or Eve?
"Glory be to The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end. Amen." The world is not going to end. We have done a lot of things to slowly destroy parts of the world. It all began when Adam and Eve succumb to the devil. God did not cause global warming. We did.
People die, but babies are born. Trees die, but the seeds are there to make other trees. Yes, lives(plant and animal lives) are destroyed, but God created ways to replace what is destroyed.
God is the source of all things. He is a Creator, not a destroyer.

geiseric - yes, I've seen God - in the face of a newborn baby - in a beautiful sunset - in a beautiful husband and wife relationship.
You sound very angry by asking your question about God and satan.
Their is no "dictatorship" in heaven - where did someone come up with that idea?
The 2012 thing is a farse, just like Y2K. Things are moving quickley in the days that we're living in, and many Biblical prophecies are being fulfilled almost daily.
God is not mad and why people believe that , is because that's what they've been TAUGHT. Read His book - He loves humanity. He's not judging anyone and the earthquakes are not his judgement either. He fortold of these things as a sign and a warning so we'd be prepared when these things happen.
He made a way for all of us to follow Him - it's a choice we have to make. Because of His great love for us, He has gone ahead and prepared for us the ability for us to be with Him. We can believe that and act on that or reject it.
When you accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour, the eyes of your spiritual being will begin to be opened and you'll understand better as you read God's word and pray. the 'natural' mind will never understand God or His ways.
And in the end, as it says in the Bible: "every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of the Father."

God bless you, too, moon. You're right, the will to change and to accept Jesus is what the world needs. It's all up to us. Hopefully, the moment of awakening will happen sooner than later, so each of us can "see" and "hear" God's truth. That's what we need to save our world.

Erm there is nothing about 2010 or being eaten in the bible. ??? Wtf Oh no Satans gonna eat meh!!
No I don't think so. If we were would we ever be filled so much curiosity and why do we seek knowledge if we already know it all? I think we have some realization of right and wrong but not complete because I still ask my self about some things "Is this wrong?" and I'm sure all of us have at times asked the same.

No one is smarter than God and I am interesting in overpowering Him. That will never happen either. As for the 2012 thing Jesus said no one knows the day or time that He will return. We have to be ready as best we can. Remember when everyone was freaking out about the computers in 2000 with Y2K? God will protect His children and the devil won't be eating anyone. We are all sinners the only perfect person who walked this earth is Jesus Christ and He is coming back to take us home. Don't worry about the 2012 thing. Peace and God Bless

Hello gogier4ge,
We have the power and God will to destroy satan and his wiles ways. It takes huge amount faith and trust and beleifs among the massses to move Satan back. We gotten lazy over hundreds of years and think I am, I want this instead of what can I do for your you God today... when or where do you need me to help in your jounry called life. So many do not beleive in God or Jesus or thinks it bad to beleive in soemthing you cannot see. But he is there. He is the conductor of this universe and what we will learn and who will learn what or discover the next medication for cancer patients etc... we may stray but God has the final say in life whether be animal or human.

i dont think we are that smarter than god as god himself if the highest and almighty, no one can be as smarter and powerful as him. though a lot of people tried to be powerful on earth thinking they can hold people with their power though they did know its just temporary so instead of taking advantages of power to use against the lord and the people why dont they use it to help those whose in need. we cant avoid those people to do bad things as god cant hold nor control our own mind. its people decision to do that. i dont think their devil as devil is actually lies within us, its our wrong doing nor bad thinking that makes people create devil within him.

Definitely not. God himself is incomparable.The source of power can never be compared to anything because comparing Him to something means thinking low of Him.He made us according to his own likeness and we could work on that if we radically follow the right way to live as Jesus has shown us.We could be as kind as Him or as good as Him or as smart as Him but definitely not ultimately like Him.We could be just a shadow of Him perhaps.And that would even be hard.

No we cant match God. He is devine power. He can forgive as well as punish as he has got all rights. Afterall we are his children. He is the reason for all our acts, good and evil. And for all good and bad, there is some reason which we may not be knowing. So God is great, we just believe in the devine power and stay good.

I think it will not go as what you said it will. We are not as smart as God, We is an all knowing God and we are always in question. He gives us strength when we are weak. So us being in his image is not putting us at the same level of God but us to protect ourselves from sin to glorify Him because God has created us from his image. If we join Satan we will be in for eternal suffering.
