their are so much recipe for such soup in china. I know one
some thin and slice pork
some diced ham
one piece of toufu
heat some broth mixing with 3 spoon of soy sauce, 3 spoon of (dark) vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar and salt, and 3 spoon of spicy chili oil.
prepare 100cc water mixing with corn starch, pour it into the hot soup and stirring well. Finally add the material into it reheat for 3 minutes. If you like, add few drop of sesame oil

In the Philippines we call this "sinigang" (see-neeh-gahng), we use powdered tamarind pre-mixes when in a hurry. But ideally, you take some unripe tamarind, boil it in some water, and when it's soft enough you mash it and sieve it. You keep the juice and mix it in the broth. Sometimes we also add tamarind leaves and flowers.
You can also use unripe ginger lily, or guava as substitutes. :) Have a nice day!
