Well its depends on people mindset. If they feel its nothing wrong and dont believe in ghosts and fear, they can buy.

Oh hell yeah it's horrible. I could only imagine hearing noises not just in the evening but anytime of the day. I wouldn't take it even if it'll be given for me free. No way. I won't exchange my peace and quiet to that house. A Feng Shui master that I know said those houses really got bad entities and he one living there will be affected.

Maybe I will never get a house like that for its grisly story even if give it to me free of charge.Frankly speaking,I am a yellow man who hardly watch thrillers or read ghost fictions. If I slept in this kind of house you would hear from me that I have a sensation that there's wandering soul of the victim in the house...LOL

If I will know the real story behing why the house was on sale then i will probably not continue to buy that house, but if without me knowing it that there's such a horrible things have happened in that house before, then if i can notice some strange things I will have the house blessed and if can't be help with those spiritual rituals then probably move out, no choice, you want your family be safe in a nice and comfortable home.

No, I wouldn't! I don't think I could sleep if I moved in that house and it would make me uncomfortable and panicky. I would prefer to live in a house not owned by someone else, rather, build it from scratch. Then it would feel like home.

I would never move in a home where i knew someone was killed in. Its hard enough for me to live in a home after someone else in general.
