Feeling bad about your Internet Friends??

Even thou i consider myself new here in mylot coz i joined a month ago, i really don't feel bad if my friends did not post a response to my discussion. I know we have different likes and dislikes so my opinion here is that your friends may not have something to say to that discussion that is why there is no comment from your friends. Your friends may also have a different reaction to your discussion and don't want to hurt or upset you so they would rather refrain from responding. Please don't feel bad to them. Happy mylotting!

One will never be happy with that attitude here as one participates in discussions depending on one's interest and not because friends have started them. This is a wrong attitude and should not be encouraged.

hi arunmails I have not really had that problem as i feel happy with the responses I have got from mylotters, friends on my list and others who are not on mylists. as I love to get the responses no matter who responds, we cannot all always like or get interested in all the discussions our friends put out., as like some on sports that I know nothing about I cannot talk intelligently, and others come along that I do know something about so sometimes I do not respond to each and every friend on my list of some 600 friends. it would be most impossible. I just do the best I can and so do others. I try to r espond to a lot of yours as I can understand them and reply.

No I make no judgement. I get so many discussions each day and what I answer one day may not appeal to me the next day. I assume the same things happens to most of us. I also have different time constraints so often cannot get to all.

hi arun ... i dont feel upset at all, because there are times when my friends do not login to the net or sometimes the topic i start is something they lack in knowledge off .. most discussions we start are based on our own experience and they might not have faced those similar incidents so i dont mind sometimes i dont reply to most friends especially if they are talking of internet, computers or making money as i am not well versed in those topics

I guess I would be pretty angry if they didn't reply to any of my discussions if I had already responded to theirs. I think they should work both ways for this kind of friendship. But I can understand if they are too busy with other stuff to reply to my discussion.

I don't expect friends to participate in every discussion I start, but if they NEVER stop by, they aren't really friends, are they?

I too have not been able to come here and just respond like I used to. Requirements among other things have more priority than being online. Im just glad that I know myLot is still here when I get the chance to return. I really dont expect anything from my mylot friends. yes getting no reply from the others after initiation of any topic really hearts as you find yourself at the corner..but one should not be demoralized rather he should initiate other discussions and mark points in others discussion... as it may happen that no one might not get across with the topic that He/she initiated..

obviously everyone have it. but don't think from your point of view. think from ur friend's point of view. then the problem or misunderstanding will be cleared...
