birthday- show or hide?

Do you put your birthday on your profile? How about your friends' news feed? Do you think that it's more meaningful to have friends say happy birthday because they saw it on their home page, or is it better to see if they remember? Does it matter to you, and does one have more significance than the other to you?

I think if my friends still wish me a happy birthday then i think it's enough for me,since we all have our own business in life,be busy with our daily works,to have to remember all friends's birthday is so hard to do!But of course,for my family,my close friends...i would like to see them remember my birthday:)
