Excessive thinking can loss weight!!

Often times when I'm thinking about a project and various matters affects\ my mind and need a consideration I found I'm gradually losing weight,it affects my body easily and loss a few pounds till i get recover from it.And sometimes when situation and it loaded my mind, occupying my mind in any cause i can't help myself from losing weight!
How about you guys do you loss wight when your mind is over loaded or thinking too much about anything?

Actually we ignore our body and concentrate our mind on the matter. Tress and tension effect our digestive system. The level of enzyme secretion is gone down when we are in stress. And feel no interest on food in such situation. Actually our digestive system has a relation with our mind. So excessive think resultant to uninterested on food finally we face weight loos.

Hello Aaleexix!Absolutely ! It affect my appetite when I'm thinking of something seriously and no mood to intake any food ..Its very important to know exactly how to deal with stress not to affect our body when it strikes us..

excessive thinking can lead to obesity. as we may want to earn more when we are thinking a lot of problems. like we try to find comfort in food so that we can stop our excessive thinking though it will not help at all.

I think a lot, but i never felt the way of losing weight, it may cause me very tired feeling and lose some of my brain cells, but i never lose my weight..
Because my mother always provide me good food at regular intervals when i'm working or thinking with my project..

hi there cloud, hahaha i am the opposite.. If am thinking to much.I need more food to feed up my mind so that it will work more hahahaha... BTW.. Everytime I make a report I want to eat chocolates, candies, with drinks etcetc.. I dont lose weight really heheheheh.. If I am not busy there I lose weight because I dont feel hungry..

It is true that that type of thinking can have an effect on the human body, but its not always a good thing. Just like everything else in this world,there is a danger to anything. And the apparent danger in this case is not taking the time to take care of yourself. That's a very dangerous risk you take when you get so overwelmed you forget about basic body fuctions.

Excessive thinking can not loss weight.
When you think much or you have tense then you can't take your food properly.
That's why your weight going down and you feel weak. You can check it my dear friend.
So stop to thinking much and do relax.
Then your health will be perfect.
Otherwise you will be weak.

hi, perhaps you mean worrying lol, I guess when your mind is overloaded you don't think about food and you are just so focused that's what happens to me when I work. like when I start to sit in front of the pc and update my blog I barely think of food unless my stomach is really growling and its audible do I think of food. Yes somehow doing this can make you loose weight.

Well, i believe its true.. i rather skip my lunch, at work. I am already lean. I try to gain weight, but in next few weeks i lose it. Even my parents complaint that i am much involved into work and stuffs. But its bad, we should relax our mind well and take care of health, which am missing out!!!

HI friend, i like the topic u initiated for discussion.
Excessive thinking about what will happen or how we will reach our goal etc will increase one's stress level for sure. I will call this kind of thinking as worrying. There is a proverb in my mother tongue, that says worries will take u to the pire. Clearly well known fact that excessive worry will increase health problem. Many people loose weight as a result. Thats why we ask why you r looking so weak? is something eating you from inside?
In case of some people out of worry and related stress they indulge into overeating and put up extra weight, but those kind of people are less.
As regards me, i do not worry much. I give my besr and live rest to the god. Here spirituality comes to help. And we can take good care of our health, even in stressed condition.
One piece of advise, if u do not mind, remember at times there maybe some parameters affecting our journey, which are not in our control. When u come across such conditions, give your best god will take care of rest. Pass on your worries to god.

Hello friend, Yes I agree with you that excessive thinking can lead to health problem neither increasing it.But some people have different effect since someone wants more food when they feel worry and stress.
Its good to hear you don't have much worry too much about your health when your overloaded ..Its true also that whenever we are weary of anything we can lay on God alone.I believe God will always care and make us overcome worries and burden.

I believe so. When I was in college there are lots of stress I felt. There were so many deadlines, especially the thesis process and presentation. Plus the thinking if I were included on the student who will graduate on time. Excessive thinking can loss weight, because it can lose your appetite. When you have many problems, some of us tend to stay away from food and instead cry and murmur. Sometimes when we are occupied when so many things on our mind, we forget to eat on time. We stay up late, we do the things that can cause us illness. In other words, due to problem we forget about our health, that is why we lose weight. There is a joke a friend usually tell me. Now that I am chubbier , she sees me as a women free of problems which isn’t true. People regardless of their weight have problems still. And why does some of us gets fatter when they have problems on the other hand, it is because when they have problems they eat as much as they want.

Hi cloud, I think too much of worry and thinking negative can make you loose weight. It has happened to me too...But on the whole once I get back to being normal I add on all that i have lost in no time at all...Have a great weekend cloud

i certainly agree with you, cloud. if you think excessively that you forget to eat, you will surely lose weight. but thinking while eating is a sure guarantee that you will gain more weight. so, when you indulge in deep thought and serious thinking, be sure to forget your meals, so you can lose weight... also, never compensate that meal you have missed. that will also defeat the losing weight objective of excessive thinking.

it is true that too much thinking, brainstorming, is more tiring than working physically. i feel drained at days end by sitting inside a meeting than working it out in the sun (experience wise). but it is not actually the thinking that makes you lose weight, it is the actions that follows as a result of too much thinking. you can think while eating, you'll get fatter. as for me, i drink coffee while on the drawing board, and it gives me acids, thats why i may lose weight.hehehe

Hi friend, i heard about this for the first time, i don't think excessive thinking will reduce our weight, if it is true then all the obsessed persons will think a lot to reduce their weight. But too much of thinking will give some stress and tension to us, some persons will skip their foods due to their stress, may be they will lose their weight due to it
