my underrarms stink!

i am very stick in observing proper body hygiene.I always rub my underarms with towel lathered with detergent bar soap and rinse them well with water. I often change my shirt and avoid getting wet with perspiration.Still my under arms stink! i use deodorant but it masks the smell for only a short time.
