I read somewhere that Energy drinks are mostly sugar and caffeine and also risk at diabets n high blood pressure because it gives u energy and speeds up your heart rate. Do you think it will affect our health in a long run? How much energy drinks do you usually drink per week or month?

yes it was true, there is so many chemical ingredients in energy drinks. it is better if you don't drink it at all, if you need more energy, it is better if you take some vitamins and fruits.

I used to drink a lot of Red Bull, and by a lot I mean anything up to 8-10 cans a day. As a result I got sick, couldn't sleep, couldn't concentrate, felt wired the whole time and when I realised that I was addicted to them I quit. The withdrawal symptoms were not pleasant either, and I feel that while energy drinks might have a place now and again I would never drink too many of them again
