My husband and I have been trying for a year to become pregnant with our second child. It took us 11 months to become pregnant with our son. It was harder the first time waiting and wondering if it would ever happen. When would I finally have my baby. Now I see my son and I know even if I do not have a second child I will be very happy. I spend my time trying to loose excess weight. Hopping that will help me become pregnant. Most days I don't even think about it. Other days it is very hard for me to deal with. How do I pass the time waiting to see the two pink lines? How do I keep my emotions under control and just patiently wait for the next baby to come into our lives? Help it is hard.

It is lovely that you got pregnant the first time around and had a healthy son. So it means that you are likely to get pregnant again soon. It is superb that you are trying to loose the excess weight. Once you reach your ideal body mass index you will probably get pregnant. Pregnancy happens when a lady feels relaxed. If she is stressed it can be challenging for her to get pregnant. I suggest you become more relaxed about trying to conceive a second child. I know ladies that have been trying to conceive for years then they have given up trying and then they have been able to get pregnant. One lady tried for eight years to have a baby but she gave up and then got found out she was expecting twins. One of my friends went on vacation to forget about the misery of trying to conceive and then she got pregnant. Maybe you could go on a vacation to relax and unwind. Good luck.
