What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

I'll be honest, even the most sane, well adjusted person has lapses of judgment. Things that make us think after the fact, "yeah, I don't think that was a good idea for me to do that." I really could make a list of these things but to be honest. The one that comes to mind was I had the bright idea to run on a wooden floor that was wet. Oh, but it gets better. I was running after I had gotten out of the bathtub, so my feet were wet as well. There were sharp corners in the room. The thought of "yeah, that was not a good idea" went right through my head, right before the sharp wood corner did. Busted my head wide open it did. I never did something like that before and never did again. Trust me, getting stitches is no picnic. If the floor is wet, then I am staying away from it until it dries.
So I'm sure that some of you have done some things that were complete and utter lapses of judgment. Things that you might have never normally done before or most certainly would have never done again. Times where your brain went on vacation at the worst possible time. Please feel free to share those and have a nice day.

I have a hard time choosing the craziest so here's a list:
1) I stole my sister's book and locked myself inside the toilet with it and my blanked for the whole saturday because she wouldn't let me read it.
2) After I got out from the toilet, my parents were furious at me and we had a fight, so I ran away from home barefoot. Yeah, that was fun to walk at 11 pm barefoot.
3) While running away I was thinking it would be a great idea to run away to Jordan and hide somewhere from all the Israeli people that I believed will be searching for me, so I started heading to Jordan. Barefoot.
4) I made about 10 kilometers away from home and I was starting to get tired, hungry and my feet were killing me, so I decieded to go back home.
5) Went back home, and about 3 kilometers away from home my friend found me walking BAREFOOT on the road. She told me to get in her car but I refused.
6) kept refusing.
7) Told you this story.
8) Ripped my sister's homework because she pissed me off.

Hey, I could go on and on about crazy stuff I did, (eating dirt to see if it's tasty, putting my finger in fire because someone said it feels nice, touching an electric fence to check whether it works or not...)
I'm quite the crazy person! but this case was the most recent so meh...

Yes, pretty dangerous thing to do. I think the only consolation prize is that you got it on tape. If you can call it a consolation prize that is, but your opinion might vary. Still thank you for the story and contributing to this topic. It is much appreciated. Have a nice day!

The craziest thing that I have probably done in my entire life was to get really, really drunk. And for the most stupid reason. A friend and I were at a party and the guy I happened to like, made out with my friend and I also had other problems at home that I just tried to numb myself by drinking and smoking (and I have asthma). I kept drinking until I passed out and I had to be rushed to the e.r. because my friend said I kept on vomiting and screaming for help. They had to inject me with a lot of medicine and I was put under this REALLY hot lamp because I was shivering so badly. I woke up with an I.V. and a really pissed off brother and missing shoes.
lesson learned.

hi! The craziest thing that I have ever done, is to ride a bike during the coldest day in the winter, in snow, letting down on a hill, but very steep one, when the ground was frozen. for me it was really the craziest thing and th most extreme one, because it was really dangerous!

Yeah, that seems to be a bit insane to me. Of course, one would argue that going outside in the winter, during one of the coldest days, is not the best judgment call to begin with. Much less riding a bike in the winter, with the conditions you described. Thank you very much for the response. It is very much appreciated. Have a nice day!

What could it be? Maybe when I had to pull an enemy's head down to the sidewalk and rub his face after giving me a hit on my face. I realized how unethical I was doing a fight in front of many while wearing my school uniform. Well, high school. We cannot take these things away from it.

Wow, that sounds like something that really got out of control. I can only imagine coming back to your senses after doing something like that. I would be floored and wanting to hit myself instead of the other person for letting something escalate that far. Still, thank you for sharing your story and thank you for responding to this topic. It was very much appreciated. Have a nice day.
