what do you think is important... what i think is mylot is a very cool site and people come here to make a difference to their routine life and get some refreshment... posting to make a payout.. might mislead things... people rush up to make posts and end up in making non-worthwhile posts... do you think we should post for making money or to share information...

I think it's a little bit of each. Right now, I really need the extra income. We're trying to plan for a baby and get everything set up for our future and while we do work quite a bit, the extra income I get from things I do online helps us build up our savings so that we'll have something to fall back on in case something goes wrong (which has already come in handy since I just had to get a new engine in my car). On the other hand, it's really important to have good discussions and everything. Good discussions are what attract other people and helps make mylot as fun as it is. I think, even with the money, I wouldn't keep coming back if there weren't good discussions to post to and fun things to talk about because I would just get bored after a little while.

Well, I am sure there are many on here especially when coming in here as a New member are here in hopes of earning some extra $$ so they tend to respond back with short answers until they learn the longer the response back the better the pay, or they do not take time to think about what they post. And then they learn what it takes and unless they totally do not see the light end up getting better known the longer they've been here because of their posts in here as well.

Well, everyone has his/her own goals. I also can't deny that I post for money. But not only. Most of the discussions I post are about the topics I am really interested in. I post in order to receive other peoples opinion on the topic or to get some helpful recommendations. And yes, I try to post interesting topics in order to get more responses and more money too. I think that it's normal.

To be honest i think it takes a bit of both. Even though people are earning from their posts it is a great place to discuss different issues and it certainly shows that people are here for exactly that when you see the depth of some of their posts. I don't agree with doing it just for the money as i have also seen some pretty crap posts, but im pretty sure mylot would have a lot less members if it didn't reward its users :)

we all have different things in mind when we visit a site, i guess the reason why some people are here is to make money so they would do anything for it

I don't post or reply if it doesn't interest me. If I got nothing to say I would rather not say at all. I don't see the point of making up stories here anyway. Nobody would really say "oha what a hell of a post you got here". Yo speak, you share thoughts and it's fun.

as far as I am concerned, I think I seldom just log in here to make my money pay out. I love mylot so much ,which can provide me a situation to write some English . Besides this, I still can earn some extra money from my writing, I think this is a very nice job to be here. If I am free the whole day long, I think I will just be here.

It is very essential to post to share information rather than to posst an making money because at times information is more valuable than money

MyLot is unique in so many other ways. It's the only site where you can share interests and post from a big collection of over 200,000 users and still growing. It's amazing how much people join, you feel extra safe with life questions. The community is nice too :)

I am signing in myLot not after of the money I earn here, it is pretty obvious in the result of my discussion answered and discussion started that I am not rushing just to accumulate earnings. When I share my opinions here, I make sure it would be with substance.

I can fully understand why many people are mainly interested in the number of posts and therefore the payout. To be fair this is the reason that the majority of people joined Mylot in the first place. Nevertheless, it does not take very long before the site becomes more valuable as a medium of entertainment than a mere site for some revenue. I have not posted a lot of responses over the previous year or so, but I still look at the site periodically to see if anything of interest is being discussed.

I dont do my post thinking that i have to make my payout. Although the thought is there in the back of my mind my post are ompletely based on the topic to which i am replying to .. its only at the end of the day that i think about the number of posts made and how much more could i have done to reach teh payout faster...

No, I don't because I am here to learn, and the knowledge I have gained is priceless, as the earnings aren't all that much anyway. I usually do make payout every month, but if I shouldn't make it one month, I am not going to stress out about it, as it isn't all that much anyway. I have really learned a lot in here, and I hope to continue to learn as well, for years to come. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
