Ten years of happiness and love or a long but unhappy life?

Many, many empty years , without content, or only 10 years of intense happiness, what you choose and you ask from life?
Life quality,but not very long with much love and passion, or a very long life, without emotion, without problems?
Happy people live about 9 years more than the unhappy. Smoking as we often accused of stealing from 3 to 6 years of life, but misery is even unhealthy, to shorten our life by 9 years!
What you will choice? just 10 happy years or long time unhappy?

For sure that i will choice 10 years of happiness, i am for life quality.
Sometimes for us is important to be happy, not matter for how long, just to be happy, are people who never in theirs life had happy.
So is better to have something as don t have anything.

Well for me the answer is pretty obvious. I would definitely choose the 10 happy and intense years, an empty life like the one you described seems like a torture to me and I wonder who would choose for that, and about the 10 intense years of happiness I wish i could actually choose for that, do we even get to have 10 years of happiness all summed in our real lives?? I wonder and I am not sure if we do, do we spend at least 10 years of our life being happy?? So for me it sounds like a great deal : I'll have the 10 years please :)

I'd rather be happy for someone for a short time, with empty years ahead, than unhappy with someone forever. I've lived alone before, and I don't mind it. I love my husband, and if something were to happen to him I'd miss him, but I'd rather a short marriage of love, than 50 or 60 years of unhappiness.

Well dear friend,
In that case, I'll choose 10 happy years to live than long unhappy years. I think most of the sane people will agree with me. Because, it's easier to live in happiness for a very short time than to live long in unhappiness. There's a saying: "It's better to live one day as a lion, than a thousand years as a lamb". That means it's wise to live with freedom and dignity than to live with disgrace and inhumanity. So, who the fool is there that will live like a lamb for long than a lion for a while? Am I wrong?
Have a day or freedom and happiness.

most of the people are unhappy whether they are arristocate, or high class or higher middle class. but to be happy u have to go with the problems in day-today life.
