Do you dry your clothes on washing line or in tumble drier?

Only good thing about global warming is that you will be able to dry your clothes on a washing line, and dispose off your tumble drier to save carbon emissions. Are you praying for global warming or have you already started drying your clothes on washing line?

if i have a big space or area to let my clothes hang til it dry then i will not use tumbler drier but if none then i have no choice but to use it. specially me that i live in the city and the only space i have is my apartment as its not safe to hang clothes outside coz theres too many people that come and go even at night and also for faster dry.

I can see you have no other option because there is no space and it is not safe to hang clothes outside. Thanks for your response.

we don't have a tumble drier, so we use washing line..
i am also worried with our climate. we need to do something to preserve what is left and conserve our environment.

I don't use a tumble drier and I think it's not very widespread in our country. It's not because of it's price, but because people are just used to drying their laundry in a natural way - on the washing line. I live in a countryside, so when I dry my clothes outside (especially in summer), they receive a nice and fresh smell. I really like it and it's green to dry the clothes like that too.

My washing machine does most of it but I need to put them for drying may be for half a day and then send some of my clothes for ironing as I do not do ironing at home.

I never ever use a dryer, they use up far too much energy and I would dread to think about how much my electricity bills would increase. I just check the weather reparts, wash on a warmer or sunnier day and hang it all out on the clothes line to dry naturally.
