what's the most important if we want to be successful

Hello dear, i think most important is that every person has a painful story before success so, except pain and get ready for success.

Focus, smartwork and perseverance are the keys for success.

Hardwork is most important thing if you want to be successful there is no other way

Becoming successful is everyone's goal. We can be successful in our career, our family, or just our life as a whole. We should have a positive attitude, only look at the positive things. Yes we encounter problems but that shouldn't deter us because that's life. We'll just have to deal with them as best we can. Also we should be determined to achieve what we want competitively but not to lose focus in our way. Lastly, you need to work hard to achieve it and always ask God for guidance.

i think as long you have did all your best even though you did not achieved your desired results, you still are successful. you can be successful spiritually, temporarily, socially, physically, you just have to set priorities. Set goals weekly or even daily to improve on something. Small steps in life lead to big success in the future. =)
