I think mermaids are real on a different level. There are a lot of frequencies that are vibrating at extremely high speeds and our senses are only able to pick up a certain percentage of these frequencies (0.005%) so most of use are unlickly to see a mermaid. Although, there are some believers !

lol... mermaids are not real. stories of them came about when sailors, fisherman, and explorers would see manatees off in the distance and mistake them for what we now call mermaids
