Do you care the employee has little experience?

Hi,mylotter,do you care the employee has little experience?I finish college this year.And when I search the job I find most company need the employee who has one or two work experience.Futher more,they always refuse the recent college graduates.So I wonder that the work experience is really significant.If so,what should the recent college graduate do?

It depends on. Sometimes the employers won't mind to hire the less working experience employees. Since they have no more working experience, then there won't be a frame in their concept and they can learn things easily in a short time. And usually the salary will be lower than the experienced employees. And the less experienced employees are usually much more hard working. They also have their advantage.
