Where lies the real problem with Third Word Countries?

I really think it is because of the government officials corrupting the people's money. What's your stand...

Perhaps you are right my friend. It's about the officials,yet we could really put our entire blame on them. Sometimes it's about the people. Officials could not make their way to corruption if they were not supported by people. Hence, this coming 2010 election, we have to play a very important role.
Another thing, look at the population of the said countries. Population is rapidly growing each year. I think a one-child policy is a solution. There lies more of the problems in my views.

Yes, I guess you right. but we cannot found an uncorrupt officials. I guess no offical is a clean attitude in this kind of work.
