I would say Julia Roberts wins hands down! Julia Roberts wins in terms of all the qualities she posses as an actress, such as acting skills, unique charisma, oozing star appeals and fashionable and elegant dress sense. The title of Hoolywood Sweetheart is hers to lose!

Female actors in Hollywood I would say are very talented. My list would include the following: Angelina Jolie, Julia Roberts, Meryll Streep, Kate Winslet, Sandra Bullock. That's just to name a few.
