Hi, friend. There is nothing embarrassing about it cause my handwriting is even worse than yours. My handwriting has never been beautiful ever since in elementary school. I've tried numerous time but it is still that horrible. When i have to write something in front of others, i just feel so nervous that my hand shakes a lot. You can probably imagine such a scene. But i've give up improving it as i have to write much in daily life. I find it somewhat useful to write as much as possible, which is what i do everyday. I usually spend one hour in writing at a slow speed so as to write every word well. Perhaps you can try this too.

I almost believe you. Perhaps it's really like what you said. Don't ever be discouraged. You just need more time to practise. Practice makes perfect. Let's working on our handwriting from now on!

huh! don't give up! you can always try...and practice!
me? well, my handwriting is something that i am not proud of! haha..i wish i can do better! you know, my handwriting is readable but sometimes when i am on rush, i feel like my handwriting turns to be look like a steno...and its only me who can understand? haha and worst is sometimes i don't understand some words that i wrote! haiz!
but anyway, when i am not hurrying, i can write better...but still not as good as the others...i can't even write straight in a paper without lines...
i envy my husband & my mom as well as my brother for having good penmanship...
i think i inherit it from my father! haha

I have 2 or 3 distinctive hand writings. One is the sloppy one - usually when I'm in a hurry writing things up - I don't think it looks that bad though (my opinion only). Though some people are having problems understanding my lousiest hand writing. The other two, well if you've seen them they look really different from the other. It really depends on my mood I think. I once had my hand writings analysed by a psychic. I don't remember everything she said, but I do remember her telling things that are actually true about me.

I don't mind my handwriting to be honest. A few people have mentioned it before saying that its good when ive written in front of them before but i don't think its anything special :) I guess most people feel the same about their own handwriting though

My handwriting was average when I was in school and college... Within last few years, I have not held pen in my hands much often.. I didn't need too. Most of the work that I do is done on a computer. I have kind of forgotten that I used to write too... LOL
These days I use pen only to sign my attendance at my office... I know it sounds strange, but the world's become digital now... ;) Have fun!

I really like my handwriting and I really practiced and worked hard to have a pretty handwriting. When I was in elementary and high school, I write a lot because I wanted my handwriting to be perfect, so I practiced, and now i really have a good hand writing. I guess practice really does help.

Dear Siliguri
I am happy with my handwriting.... Hope I am writing good... But I am seeing lot of persons having bad handwriting too... But if you will try to practice your handwriting regularly means surely one day you also will have a very good handwriting... Without practice we can't achieve anything especially handwriting... So try to practice it and get it then there is no need to feel sad or shame about your handwriting.... Happy Mylotting....

I agree with you I don't have that gift of writing I wish I can be able to write as vivid and as wonderful as others do. But I don't I just don't. And I find it frustrating each time I rite notes and any writing article ^_^ :-(

I would have to say that if I am in a hurry my handwriting looks like chicken scratch, lol. When I'm taking notes I have my own version of short-hand so if I'm writing a message to someone else the person usually has to call me and find out what the message is saying. But overall if I take my time I have very good penmanship, even though it looks like several people are writing at the same time, creep, huh?, but also cool. So I would have to say that I am happy with my handwriting, what I feel is unique about my handwriting is why I like it.

I like my handwriting. After I moved to Europe, I adopedted the old Scandinavian way of writting my capital letters and they really look nice. I think the way I write my small case letters though it almost too rounded except for when comming after an o, for some reason or another that letter always ends up looking squashed.

I don't think my handwriting is good enough.
Maybe becoz it is my handwriting, and i am used to seeing it.
But most people who see my handwriting always says,it looks good.
I am happy that,my handwriting looks good for other people, maybe then,it is really good enough.
Have a good weekend ahead

im already contented with my hand writing and i dont care if other people like it or not besides theres a lot of things to think off so why should i waste my time thinking about my hand writing as long as it can be readable. besides its not a contest for having a hand writing every time i write something so i just write it accordingly. not all people have the same hand writing anyway.

Hi siliguri,
Yes, I'm happy with my handwriting and I think it's quite good, coz I noticed my classmates during high school and college days always borrows my notes coz they like my penmanship and can actually read and understand them. :) it's not really perfect, but what I try to do is invest in good quality pen (yes, pens can contribute to the beauty of your penmanship) and just keep my writing clean and neat. that's my secret to my readable penmanship

I am but sometimes when I'm not in the mood I really write ugly. But when I am in the mood I write better. I know the problem if I hold the pen firmly I will write nicely, but if I'm holding it weakly I get ugly writing...
