When you want to do something like a task for the day or your goals, do you make a mental note of what you want to do or you write it down? When i was younger and my memory was sharper, i just make a mental note of what i need to do. But as i get older, i really need to write it on my notebook or on my phone. How about you? Do you make a mental note or write it down?

Well, now that I am much older, I always take note of my schedules as well as of the important things that I need to do. I need it to remind me of such things. I may not be able to remember them considering that I find myself forgetful nowadays.

I write it down on my notepad, or in my phone. When I make a mental note, I would think of a few things, then suddenly, it's gone. I couldn't remember it anymore, and it's the most frustrating feeling! LOL ;) so I make it a point to write down especially spontaneous ideas, reminders or tasks.
