For me, the inspiration comes from hurting more than happiness. When I am hurting, poetry just comes naturally for me...

poetry comes from the heart. it is so moving and so beautiful and sounds so good to hear. i think that everyone should be into poetry.

when i am still into writing (high shool years) my inspirations comes from everywhere...currents events, people, places...anything...but i nothing beat a heartache (heart broken) as driving force in writing..:)

Discover as much as you can about the poetic craft. Read lots of poetry. Meet other poets. Become part of a poetic community. Get a mentor who will guide you. Attend readings and workshops. Take writing classes.
