if you love your heart, reduce consume soft drink

increased consumption of sweet carbonated drinks contributed to 130,000 new cases of diabetes, 14,000 new cases of heart disease, and more than 50,000 to continue living trouble because of heart disease during the last 10 years. thus a recent study conducted in the United States.

When We drink softdrink, we also eat. if you drink softdrink and eat hamburger, frenchfries is not good. if you ar a diabetic person not good to drink softdrink bec of the complication will happen that is why drinking softdrink is not good to our heart

I do agree with your statement, sista! I heard that soft drink is not healthy at all. beside the taste is not delicious, I think. I seldom consume them. moreover for soda. I hate the taste. fortunately they are bad for our health. so I don't need to worry when they are pointed as the trigger to some dangerous disease.
