how to make our teeth shining??

i have self problem.that is my teeth is quite yellow since i was a kid.and now it haunting me..
friends,do you have anything to share with me to rid it off?

Brush twice a day. Morning and night before your go to bed. Do it all days it will slowly change to white . Every time you eat wash your mouth with water nicely . Don't allow ant food particles to stain your teeth. After having food you can eat any veg-table also. One i say his raw carrot you can eat it will clean your teeth. You have have chewing gum after food too which his meant to clean your teeth not any other gums.
