I'm going to a restaurant i have never been too i got a 25.00 coupon and it has a very nice selection to choose from has a bunch of different menu items that i like and i don't know if i should worry about the price since i am getting so much off or just get whatever i want, but since i have never been there I'm not sure what i should get.
they have a salad bar and lots of entree's too just about anything you could want steaks, chicken, veal, pizza.
It has just about anything you could want and the prices are not too bad and since i have the coupon i don't have to be too concerned about going overboard on the price.
if you could have you pick of anything you wanted what would you get?
would you worry about the price too much if you were already getting 25.00 off?

it sounds like you have done your homework. That's what I would have done, checked out the menu and the prices. As long as a restaurant has either a burger or a pizza I'll try it.

they have a little bit of everything seafood, burgers, steaks, salad bar whatever you like they have a little bit for everyone there ranging from not too expensive to a little expensive the prices aren't too bad for the selection that they have there.
its nice when you have a few of your favorite things to eat to choose from.

Hmmmm, when it comes to casual dining you have to watch out. The food isn't necessarily from fresh ingredients or prepared that day so it's like having home cooked food but not from scratch.
I guess it would depend on what the menu looked like.

I would splurge. If I normally spend say $15 on my dinner choices, then I would allow myself that much over my $25.00 coupon. Like if I normally get a small steak, then I would go for a larger steak. Or lobster. We went to Red Lobster recently and the bill was huge. Gift cards would have really helped then.

Hi there tim hinyy,
Well my thrill in having the coupon would be to save money. Since I don't go out to dinner often as I just can't afford it then yes, I'd still be very careful of what I ordered. I would try to not go much above the value of the coupon and use cash to pay the tip. It's not much different than the coupons you get for groceries. It's not really a savings if you are buying things that you otherwise would not buy. A coupon for a restaurant would only make it more a possibility of going out.

the only catch with this one is this to get the 25.00 off you have to spend 35.00 which with at least 4 of us going I'm sure we will with no problem its still not a bad deal, but not as good as just a straight up 25.00 gift card or something like that it is still a nice amount off of the total bill so i will not complain and I'll get a chance to try out some place new so not a bad deal there.

just got back from dinner it was really good i went with the veal parm it was around 10.00 and included two sides so i thought it was a pretty good deal we had 6 of us that went and the bill was around 80.00 so 25.00 off of that made it so it wasn't too bad for all of us to eat and the menu was varied enough so that there was a little something that everyone liked.
My dad enjoyed it so it was a good deal, but the only bad part was the weather we had to drive it was miserable it was raining and windy and not much fun, but other then that we all had a good time.

I like trying out restaurants AND new food/entrees I've never had before, coupon or not. If I can afford to got out and eat, I generally don't worry too much about price, but having a $25 discount surely is a nice little bonus.
I'd probably end up tipping the server more. (But I've been there, done that, and know what it's like and I overtip anyway.)
Bon appetit!

yeah i don't mind trying out new places either when i can afford it.
I was able to get this coupon through a site i play games on and this restaurant was the best option as far as distance was concerned and my sister used to live up in that area so i knew where the place was so it seemed like the best choice and seeing the menu choices i think i made a good choice.

I suppose i'd decide how much I'd be prepared to spend and then order an extra $25 worth. I'd still be keeping an eye on the price to see that i didnt go over my budget.
I'd go for the salad bar with a jacket potato and then wreck my healthy eating session by ordering hot chocolate fudge cake (or maybe brownie) with fresh cream
