looking for hot forum for test

Of course I know the search engine ... but so far, I cannot find some really active forum in English, the one I am using from top searching results is not really good. I post some questions there two weeks ago but no one response. It seems that most people only read posts more than replying. And some of friends told me others popular forum, but they are not english-based.
