I refer this Online Life on how we react with others online through net. Some of us are in different persona online than in real world. They make a bogus accounts in socail life to hide their personalities but some are not. How we balance life online and what happens in the "real"world. I have noticed the differences in online versus real life. In some cases, people have profiles online give us a glimps into their life beyond who we know them as in person. Any thoughts from you? Kindly share...

What you see online is the same as it is personality-wise anyway as far as far as I was concerned. I don't feel the need to hide my personality. Some personal info sure, but nothing to major. I am not using my real name, but I do use real info that couldn't be used to idenitify me. Oonly, basics do I use. its just smart safty.

Well, its true online is little different from real life. We meet different people and not knowing much, we just imagine about the person and speak with them.
But real life, we get to meet understand and we can also judge about them. In online, our way of thinking, business stuffs are different..i always felt that business via online has little less aggressive than the real one

Hi jerry!
I usually reflect on the things I read here on mylot and response according to my personal experience and my reactions on every mylotter discussion is about. Its easy to be nice to people here because this is the only way we can communicate to our virtual friends (just like on social sites). For me, I just be my self here and give my opinions and reactions base on my personal belief. Which means I'm the same person here in mylot. :)

I am an honest person. The person that I am online is the same person that I am offline. However, I chose not to post some of my personal details online especially on networking sites such as facebook and friendster to avoid unexpected frauds or scams.

I'm the same online and offline, although I'm much, much more quieter offline but that's only due to my hearing impairment. But my personality's still the same. I do feel like I can be more outspoken online w/o being scared if ppl are going to judge me - or - not as much! :-p

I am the same person online as I am offline. I like being myself and having my own personality. I know some people tho that are not themselfs online and they try to act like a different person and lie. I guess that is okay but I just rather be me.
