Why do depression sometimes lead to suicide

Hi,ellebj,Depression holds all the supression,it leads to agression,some went due to recession,some goes due to their unsatified passion,some due to their complexion,some after seeing other palatial mansion,some,when in love, they dont get concession,some when broken in love,dont want to hear any suggestion, some when a person panic due to self possesion,when there is exxergration and abbrogration of self,not fullfiled thougths,emotions,feeling leads to depression when a person is carried away by them,then he is not at the lifes helm!

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

they are just so weak to accept the reality of life and that life is really like that. they are just cowards nor those who wants attention and they do it just to scared them thinking they can get their attention but too bad coz some of them totally die. problems are every where and everyday we can have it. what matte is we are strong enough to face it and that we are not the only person whose suffering the same feelings but theres also another people who might be worst than what we have.

Those who suffer from depression have many problems in life and theres no one who can help them. When everybody just lie and refuse to help there's no more point of living. It's like throwing an expired food because its not usable anymore. What's the point of life if everything is over. This illness affects those who are older I think cuz they already finished their goals in life to add a thought.

Its reason of extreme hatred and frustration. A feeling of insecurity and lack of hope on the life and living it. And most of them believe they cant lead a life without the loved ones. And there is no use to continue life, so they like to end their life.
