Do you exercise as part of your morning routine?

I try to do this every day. I have two videos, both for exercises that are supposed to trim your tummy. I've had them both for about twenty years and used them off and on. The Rosmary Conley Flat Tummy Workout is the best because it includes warm ups, and stretching before and after exercises. One set of exercises is for toning and there are two sets of aerobic exercises. Each section takes about 25 minutes and I try to do one each morning. When I have less time I do a shorter set from the Lizzie Webb Complete Tummy Programme. That only takes about eight minutes. Sadly I still have a big tum, but I console myself by thinking it would be even worse if I didn't do these exercises.

I used to exercise in the morning with just 10 minutes of jogging, but unfortunately I've been working so much and doing so many things and sleeping so little as it is that I really can't be bothered to get up early and exercise. I'm going to try to get up 10 minutes early and at least try to stretch and everything because I do think that's important, especially since I'm a waitress and constantly on my feet all day.
I would love to be able to get up in the morning and do a quick half-hour exercise routine, though. I'm trying to make that more and more possible and it looks like shortly I might actually get the chance, which is exciting!

I used to exercise every morning, not a hard exercise, but I would walk briskly for around half-an-hour with my wife to work rather than use the car. Since we have moved though, it is not possible for us to walk to work as it is too far, so I have lost the exercising habit. I have noticed that I don't feel so well as when I did exercise, so I will have to start fitting this into my day and commit to it. If we do not exercise, our health will deteriorate, and we will put on weight and risk heart disease and diabetes. _Derek

jakill I used to when I was in better condition but I am partly physically handicapped and some exercises I cannot do but I have a'
heavy exercise band with handles which I can use. I am going to start a half hour routing with it and see how it goes. any little bit has to help some surely.
