Go to your local tag office, or the court house. They will probably charge you around 3 bucks to stamp it. Any kind of government office should have one. Its very easy to become a notary. I think it costs like 50 bucks and then you can charge people 3 bucks to stamp there documents.

Although most banks and credit unions do have a Notary on staff, many no longer notarize any and all documents. Most of the larger banks will no longer notarize a hand written letter or even a Last Will and Testament.
If you have a good relationship with your financial institution they may make an exception.
Another place you might locate a notary is one of those mailbox stores such as PostNet, Mail Boxes Etc., and others similar to them.

Most banks employ at least one notary. Check with your bank first and if that doesn't work, check the sub-courthouse close to you. You may even find them listed in the phone book. Many notaries do it as a side-line out if their homes. There may also be a notary that attends your church or your neighborhood Junior and/or Senior High school.

I have only had to do it once and I went to the bank.
I think maybe the post office can do it too. Maybe you could call around and see who does.
My bank was free because I bank there.
