You need to get in touch with the School District Administration Office and give them all of the details of your graduation - your full name at the time, month & year of graduation and the school you graduated from. You may want to call before you write them to find out if they charge a fee for your transcript copy - sometimes they do. A money order or cashiers check works best because they are easier to trace should it get lost in the shuffle. Make your request in writing to provide yourself with a 'paper trail' you can refer to if you need to 'back track'. Keep a copy of all letters you send, money order or cashier check (with their stubs), and maintain a log of the date you called, the phone number you dialed, and the name of the person you spoke with. If you have a need to follow-up, you will have a record of exactly what has happened. Good Luck!!!
