I think We've all heard about Lindsay lohan suing E-trade for the commercial aired during the Superbowl. If you don't know this is what happened. E-trade makes hilarious baby-talking commercials and in one which aired during the Superbowl they supposedly offended Lindsay. A baby is talking to his girlfriend over the internet and the girlfriend asks 'and that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?' and out of the corner of the screen a baby pops her head out(supposedly the baby Lindsay) and says 'Milka-what?!!'. Lindsay Lohan believes they were making this a joke off of her, because of her drinking and drug problems. She says (paraphrasing) she is on a first name bases like 'Oprah'. I highly doubt that. When I watched it she was the last thing that came to mind. She is suing for 100 million dollars. yes 100 million dollars. What do you think about this issue?

Lindsay need help. She is in no way on a first name basis. I saw the commercial, and believe me I did not even think of her. She sure ain't on no first name basis. Oprah is way beyond Lindsay. There are not many stars that are on first name basis. I can only think of a few. I had to ask my daughter why is Lindsey famous. The movie she reference was I think the Parent Trap. There are people who only know about her based on the tabloids. I hope the judge dismiss the case, and I wish E-Trade will turn around and sue her sorry butt. What a loser?

I agree with you, there is absolutely no way she is on a first name basis. I would like it if e-trade sued her, but sadly they have no cause. When I saw the commercial I thought it was funny and cute. But now weeks later She had not come to mind until that news.
