I am eating less but I sleep much as 8-10 hours a day. I have noticed that my weight is increasing. I found it difficult to lose weight.

Weight loss is such a tricky thing to manage. Eating less is not always the right answer. You need to ensure that you are eating enough to provide your body with adequate energy otherwise as you are finding out you are left sleepy and lethargic.
Eating a range of natural (ie non processed) foods such as fruit and vegetables combined with some exercise, not even excessive but a simple as a walk once a day, is the best way to lose weight while still providing your body with all that it needs.

Thank you very much for your comment LouRhi. I think I have a slow metabolism so I just decided to eat less. But now I have started to eat more vegetables and fruits rich in fibers.

From my experience, it's no but your weight will seems not going down at all. If you eat less and combined with enough exercise, then you will be able to see your weight will be going down. Sleeping a lot will cause you to feel lazy and drowsy, so you become lazy to exercise. That's why, you will see your weight don't go down. But, you must make sure you eat balance food, so you won't feel unhealthy although you eat less. When you have balance food, sleeping time and enough exercising in a day, i am sure your weight will be able to go down soon.

You will lose weight slowly because no activity, no calories burn. You have to combine eating less and moving more.
